How does the process work?
Patients in a conventional practice are surveyed to gauge interest in concierge medicine services. From this data, a pool of potential concierge patients is identified. These patients are then further queried to determine feasibility, potential fee structure and expectations of the physician. Concomitantly, the physician will be asked to provide information about his or her priorities and preferences including desired income, accessibility to the patient, work hours, and other relevant issues. This information is then carefully analyzed and a custom approach is tailored for each practice.

Upon completion of these surveys, a contract is designed that delineates all services to be provided by the physician, and the fees and conditions for both patient and physician.
